Toy story Birthday Cake7-31-17

Toy Story should be pretty easy (picture turned out fuzzy!)  I attempted to make Woody - doesn't really look like him in the face - ( maybe this is his brother!)

Hufflepuff Birthday cake9-30-17

I had no idea what Hufflepuff was when this dad called and asked me to make a cake for his daughter 11th birthday. He said it is a Harry Potter thing.  So I did some research and came up with this design. Dad loved it and said he was sure Hannah would too. I meet some of the most awesome people - and I enjoy a challenge to try to meet their needs.  The crest was too hard to do by hand so I printed it from the computer and laminated it to add to the center of the shield looking cake.

Tie Dye cakes - Madisen's #11 9-23-17

My great niece always gives me a challenge. It is supposed to be tie-dye so this was my feeble attempt at tie-dye. It was not quite what I wanted to top look like but she loved it!

Redding wedding cake 8-23-17

This was a western wedding at Ryan dam. Made the cake for some high school friends' son. Hard to believe it has been 40 years since high school and my own wedding day.

Chris M Wedding cake 8-12-17

Chris took this cake to Whitehall for his daughter's wedding They didn't want a large cake but by putting the 2 small cakes on this floating cake stand it made it look larger. They make the cupcakes.

Naked wedding cake - Kylie 8-14-17

This is the 1st Naked Cake. ( the new thing!) I like frosting on a wedding cake but these kids wanted the simple look that this gave to their outdoor wedding reception.  I really love their sign!

Naked wedding cake - Carol Paul's Daughter 8-21-17

This is my second Naked Cake. These kids were doing a really simple family wedding and so the cake was to be simple too.
