This special cake for Kristie was 3 layers of Butter pecan cake over a fountain. Two round layers and one heart shaped with butter ream frosting. We used red silk roses to match her bouquet that had accents of gold beads.  Also used Gold edible beads on the top and bottom layer with red ribbon to match her brides maid dresses.

Bridal Show 2014

This is the cake for the 2014 Bridal show at the Heritage Inn Jan 4th. This 12" sq, 10" rd, 6" sq cake feeds about 125 people. Red silk roses with silver accent beads and ribbon.  Cake is about $250. I served this cake: buttercream frosting with 2 layers of white cake and another layer of butter pecan cake. I talked to a lot of Brides about their wedding cake plans. One mother of the bride tasted a piece of my cake and said " now that is what wedding cake is supposed taste like!"
