Ice cream Birthday dessert

Thomas's mother called me from Utah. He is in the military in Great Falls and turning 21.

Mom wanted him to have his traditional family ice cream dessert. So I made this ice cream dessert (she sent me her awesome recipe!!) that has Oreo cookies in it. I made little Oreo Gremlins on the edges. Pretty simple recipe / simple surprise for a young man to let him know his mom loves him.
