Molly called from Denver. She has seen my name on the internet and wanted a Graduation cake for her sister the nurse. Family was proud of her accomplishment so they wanted something unique. The frosting was butter cream with Fondant accents - band-aides, syringe, stethoscope, blood pressure cuff, Prescription bottle with pills, scissors. Time consuming to make but fun!
