Kim wanted German Chocolate cake with coconut pecan frosting for Karie's 40th Birthday.
Karie is an outdoor gal with interest in hunting and all things outside. Karie also has issues with sugar intake so this cake was done from scratch. It was quite the trial and learning experience for me. Baking sugar free is a challenge and expensive. There was over $25 worth of ingredients in this cake.
